Ingredients:

2 cups finely chopped spinach
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp cornflour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/4 cup boiled corn
3 tbsp grated cheese

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Pour in a baking dish
3. Garnish with cheese
4. Bake in oven at 350 o for 30-35 mins. till cheese turn golden
